I am very happy to announce the launch of The Percussive Art of Storytelling outreach program, made possible through generous support provided by the Zakoura Family Foundation. This program will bring classical and contemporary music to children and adults in underserved communities. More information coming soon, but for now, check out the storytelling project page.

In April, I was named to the Innovative Percussion Artist Roster.

SI2 just completed a mini tour of Virginia, Maryland, and Chicago. More events are planned in the near future for Chicago and Moldova. Check out the events page for details.

In March, I was named a 2009 fellow to the OMI international musician's residency in New York from July 23-August 10. Details can be found here.
